Made-to-order items

Most products are made to order. Because of that, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or ordering the wrong color.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. If the claim is confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

Lost packages

If tracking shows a delivery problem or your package appears lost in transit, reach out and include your order number so we can investigate and determine the best next step.

Condition requirements

For any return or replacement review, items must be unused and in the condition they arrived in unless the issue is a production defect or shipping damage.
